Two Turkana field partners have left behind their families in Kenya to launch into pioneering work in Ethiopia. Top priority on arrival will be finding a place to live that will put them in regular and strategic contact with the Turkana. It is remote and challenging but not unlike their homeland. They plan to sell beads from Kenya coveted by the local Turkana to give them an identity and some source of income.

Prayer Request:

  • Pray for God to direct our field partners to the right place to live.
  • Pray for God to bring them into contact with those who are spiritually interested.
  • Protection, as the area is full of tribal banditry.
  • Favor and blessing as they use their business to make contacts.
  • Protection, joy, provision and peace for the families they leave behind.
  • Joy for the third member of the team who is staying behind. The plan is to rotate members in and out.
  • A prayer movement among the Turkana of Kenya to support these brothers and believe for breakthrough.
